1.2 If you are registering on behalf of another individual or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

3.4 You must notify menang44 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. menang44 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account prior to such notification.
3.5 Account registration is subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. menang44 may request a copy of your MyKad, passport, or other government-issued identity document, as well as proof of address and proof of payment method, at any stage of your membership.
4.1 All transactions on the menang44 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). menang44 does not impose currency conversion fees on MYR transactions.
4.2 Accepted deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq, subject to availability at the time of the transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.
4.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity and KYC verification. menang44 aims to process approved withdrawal requests to e-wallets (Touch n Go eWallet, Boost) within ten (10) minutes of approval. Processing times for bank transfers may vary.
4.4 menang44 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in delay or refusal of the withdrawal request.
4.5 All deposits and withdrawals are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) checks in accordance with our obligations under international gaming authority licensing requirements.
5.1 From time to time, menang44 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which will be stated at the time of the offer.
5.2 Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account wallet. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
5.3 menang44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of suspected fraud, abuse, or technical error.
5.4 Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment purposes only. Using multiple accounts, collusion, or any other method to systematically exploit promotional offers constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
6.1 All bets placed on the menang44 sportsbook, casino, slots, and arcade sections are governed by the specific game rules applicable to each product, which are published within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms by reference.
6.2 Once a bet or wager has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the user.
6.3 menang44 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of a system error, incorrect odds publication, or where the outcome of an event was known prior to the bet being placed.
6.4 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the records held by menang44's system shall be considered definitive, subject to your right to raise a formal complaint in accordance with Section 14.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the menang44 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent termination and forfeiture of all balances:

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from menang44.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, menang44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.2 menang44's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. menang44 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10.1 menang44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity on the Platform, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
10.2 Self-exclusion: Players may request to self-exclude from the menang44 platform for a defined period or indefinitely by contacting our support team via live chat. During a self-exclusion period, all promotional communications will be suspended and access to the Platform will be restricted.
10.3 Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new account. Any account found to be opened in breach of a self-exclusion agreement will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.

11.1 menang44 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a user has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
11.2 Upon termination of an account for cause, menang44 may forfeit any bonus balances and any real-money balances directly attributable to fraudulent or prohibited activity. Real-money deposits that are not implicated in the breach will be returned subject to completion of AML and KYC requirements.
11.3 Players wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact menang44 support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures before closure is finalised.
12.1 menang44 may amend these Terms at any time. Where the amendment is material — affecting rights or obligations in a significant way — we will provide at least seven (7) days' notice to registered users via email before the amendment takes effect.
12.2 Non-material amendments (such as editorial corrections or clarifications) may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
12.3 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of the international gaming authority under which menang44 holds its licence.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to menang44's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it may be escalated to the applicable dispute resolution body as designated by our gaming authority.
